At Frazer, we are committed to the River Region. This is the place where God has called us and planted us. We believe God has great plans for this city and we seek its peace. Therefore, we engage in local missions and support local agencies for the common good.
Widows Ministry
Our Women’s Ministry supports widows through caring groups that walk alongside them in their grief. To connect with the Women's Ministry, click here.
Frazer's Widow Care Team is also in place to lend a helping hand with light projects around your house, or advice on who to call. Contact Jim Vinson at 334-495-6401 and leave your name and number and your call will be returned within 24 hours.
English as a Second Language
Each week from September through May, we offer English as a Second language classes on Tuesday nights. This is a free service offered to locals who are wanting to learn or strengthen their English skills. We are always looking for volunteers in this area, which requires no foreign-language knowledge or teaching skills.
Our program begins at 7:00 PM and is over at 8:30PM and meets upstairs in JEMAC (Activity Center). We offer free English classes for all adults who need to learn or want to improve their English skills and free childcare for ages 6 weeks to 10 years old. No pre-registration is required. Books are not required, but are available to students at a minimal cost $25.00 if a student wishes to purchase one.
